2 packages (3.4 oz each) Instant vanilla pudding mix
4 cups Milk
8 oz Cream cheese, softened
8 oz Whipped topping
1 cup Caramel sauce
2 cups Apple slices (about 2 medium apples)
1 package Graham crackers or eclairs
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and instant vanilla pudding mix. Gradually stir in the milk until well combined. Fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy.
In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer half of the eclairs or graham crackers at the bottom.
Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the eclairs, followed by half of the apple slices and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
Repeat the layering process by adding another layer of eclairs, the remaining cream cheese mixture, more apple slices, and another drizzle of caramel on top.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld together perfectly.
Before serving, drizzle additional caramel sauce on top and enjoy your delicious no bake dessert!
