In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt.
Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula, being careful not to overmix.
Fold the chocolate chips into your batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan on a wire rack for at least 10 minutes before slicing into squares.
