Ham and Spinach Frittata

A simple and versatile frittata packed with protein from eggs and ham, complemented by fresh spinach and cheese.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or butter.
  4. Add the diced ham and chopped spinach to the skillet and stir until the spinach wilts.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the ham and spinach, using a spatula to distribute the fillings evenly.
  6. Cook on the stovetop for 2-3 minutes until the edges begin to set.
  7. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top of the frittata.
  8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  9. Let it cool slightly, then slice into wedges and serve.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Feel free to customize with other vegetables or meats.
