Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll-Ups

Delicious and hearty roll-ups featuring ground beef, sautéed vegetables, and provolone cheese, perfect for a keto diet.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 8 slices provolone cheese (large, deli-style)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until soft.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Stir in green bell pepper and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well and remove from heat.
  6. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, lay out the provolone cheese slices in a rectangle.
  7. Bake for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
  8. Remove from the oven and spoon the beef mixture along one edge of the cheese.
  9. Carefully roll the cheese around the filling and place back in the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes for crispy edges.
  10. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
