  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay the seasoned chicken breasts flat in the greased baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and panko breadcrumbs until well mixed.
  5. Spread ranch dressing over each chicken breast.
  6. Generously sprinkle the cheese mixture over the chicken and press down to adhere.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
