Maple Peanut Butter Pancakes

Delicious pancakes with a rich flavor from maple syrup and creamy peanut butter, perfect for a delightful breakfast.

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Combine the Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the milk, peanut butter, egg, maple syrup, and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir gently until just combined.
  4. Heat the Skillet: Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
  5. Make the Pancakes: Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form (2-3 minutes).
  6. Flip and Cook: Flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown (2-3 minutes).
  7. Serve: Serve warm, drizzled with maple syrup, and topped with fresh fruits if desired.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for best results. Don’t overmix to keep pancakes fluffy.
