  • 1 packet of onion soup mix (approx. 1 oz.)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  2. Mix the Sauce: In a bowl, combine the onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, all-purpose flour, water, and Worcestershire sauce, stirring until well combined.
  3. Combine and Cook: Add the prepared beef to the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over it, gently stirring to coat the beef.
  4. Set the Slow Cooker: Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
  5. Serve: Once cooked, stir the beef gently and serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta, garnishing as desired.
