Termination

We may terminate/suspend Your access immediately, without notice/liability, for any reason (including Terms breach).

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service ends immediately.

Limitation of Liability

Izooco‘s total liability is limited to the amount You paid us (or $100 USD if no payment).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (lost profits/data, business interruption), even if advised of possibility.

Some jurisdictions limit these exclusions; liability is then the maximum allowed by law.

“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

Service provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties (express/implied), including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.

No guarantee of uninterrupted/error-free operation, virus-free content, or compatibility with other software/systems.

Governing Law

These Terms governed by United States laws (excluding conflict rules). Local/international laws may also apply.

Dispute Resolution

Contact us first at info@izooco.com to resolve disputes informally.

For EU Users: You benefit from mandatory protections of your residence country laws.
US Compliance: You warrant not being in embargoed/terrorist-designated countries or on US restricted lists.

Severability and Waiver

Invalid provisions will be modified to achieve intent; rest remain effective.
Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.

Translation Interpretation

English version prevails if translated.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify Terms at any time. Material changes get 30+ days’ notice. Continued use = acceptance. Stop using if You disagree.
