1 pound Ground Turkey
2 medium Carrots, diced
2 stalks Celery, diced
1 medium Onion, diced
3 cloves Garlic, minced
4 cups Chicken broth
2 tbsp Tomato paste
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt, to taste

In a large pot, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
