Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan evenly.
In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs, pumpkin puree, vanilla, and baking powder. Mix until combined and pour over the crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is lightly golden.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for at least an hour before cutting. Serve warm or at room temperature, and enjoy!
