  1. Prep your stations by setting up three shallow bowls - first bowl with flour, second with eggs whisked with milk, third with panko, Parmesan, and spices combined
  2. Pat chicken tenders dry with paper towels, then dredge each piece in flour, dip in egg mixture, and press firmly into the panko mixture to coat thoroughly
  3. Place a wire rack on a baking sheet, spray with cooking spray, and arrange tenders in a single layer without touching
  4. Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F

Notes

Use a wire rack for air circulation, press coating firmly onto chicken, spray generously with cooking spray, flip halfway through baking, and let rest 5 minutes before serving for best results
