- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Make sure cream cheese is softened to room temperature for easy mixing.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, minced garlic, and onion powder. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Fold in the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, and chopped celery. Add blue cheese if using, and mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly around the edges and lightly golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh chives and serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or pita bread.
Notes
