  1. Wash and slice the peaches and tomatoes into even slices. Drain the mozzarella and pat it dry with a paper towel, then slice it into similar-sized pieces.
  2. On a large serving platter, arrange the peach and tomato slices alternately. Place a slice of mozzarella on top of each peach and tomato slice.
  3. Drizzle the salad with extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
